Organized by the Geneva Wizards, Talampaya is one of Europe’s longest-running mixed ultimate frisbee tournaments.

Dates and venue
Talampaya 2026 will take place on 23-25 May 2026 at the usual venue, Centre sportif de Vessy, Geneva, Switzerland. Please note that all fields at the venue are on synthetic turf.
Talampaya is a mixed tournament, following WFDF rules. The maximum number of teams is 24. The list of registered teams will be updated regularly on this page. After 24 teams have confirmed, other registrations will go on a “waiting list”.

Registration, fees and deadlines
Registration for Talampaya 2026 is open. Register online now via this Google Form!
There is no “Team fee”. The “Participant fee” is CHF 70 per person. The participant fee is the same for all participants, including players, coaches and non-playing participants.
First come, first served! Register early, then pay CHF 420 (= 6 Participant fees) to secure your team’s spot!
The Participant fee includes:
- On-site camping
- Breakfast on Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Dinner on Saturday and Sunday
- Entertainment on Saturday and Sunday evenings
- Access to showers and locker rooms
- Player gift
- 3 days of ultimate frisbee!
Meat and vegetarian options will be provided for all meals. A range of options for lunch are available for purchase at the tournament venue.
The key deadlines are:
- 1 January: Registration opens. Register here then pay CHF 420 to secure your team’s spot
- 1 April: Registration closes (no, it’s not a joke 🙂 )
- 29 April: Pay all remaining Participant fees
- 13 May: Roster lock. Provide final details of all participants, including players, coaches and non-players.
- 23-25 May: Talampaya! The first games will begin at 10.00 on Saturday 23 May. The final will begin at 15.00 on Monday 25 May.
Payments
Payments should be made in Swiss francs (CHF). Please try to ensure that you send the right amount of CHF. If you need to pay in Euros (EUR), please the EUR-CHF conversion rate carefully.

Cancellations / Reimbursements
If a team has to cancel, please let us know at talampaya@wizards.ch as soon as possible. Please don’t cancel unless you really need to!!!!!!!! Please be aware that if you do need to cancel, we may not be able to reimburse any fees that have already been paid.
No reimbursements can be made after the roster lock.
Accommodation
On-site camping is included in the Participant fee. Bring your tent!
The campsite is available from Friday 22 May to Monday 25 May.
No other accommodation options are provided by the organizers.

From the airport
It takes about 50 minutes to get from the airport to the Talampaya venue by public transport. There are various options and routes.
By train
We encourage teams to come to Geneva by train when possible. It takes about 35 minutes to get from the Cornavin train station to the Talampaya venue by public transport.
By bus
Take the 7 or 11 bus. Get off the bus at the “Bout du Monde” stop, then walk about 10 minutes. Check the TPG.ch web site for route planners and timetables.
By car
There is no car parking available at the venue. Cars can be parked at the P+R Bout du Monde, about 10 minutes by foot from the venue.
